Sakura Beach  is one of the 10 divergences of the Novaworld Ho Tram entertainment resort complex, exploiting the strengths of the pristine Ho Tram nature, harmoniously combining the terrain and the adjacent sea, and creating a tourist series. Diverse entertainment resort schedules and new and unique resort experiences for visitors.

The project scale is about 21ha, divided into 2 main subdivisions:

–  Sakura Beach villa and shophouse area is  about 8ha
–  Sakura Beach utility area  brings Japan to the Novaworld Ho Tram project of about 13ha.
